What would you do? The Creative Designer is responsible for creating high-quality digital creatives for a luxury beauty brand across eCommerce, CRM, Paid Media, Social, and Brand.com channels. The role requires strong visual design skills, creative thinking, and the ability to leverage AI-powered tools to develop compelling, on-brand creative assets. Working under the guidance of the Creative Team Lead, the designer will translate briefs into impactful creative solutions while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
What are we looking for? Preferred Qualifications • Bachelors in Design • Experience working on beauty, luxury, retail, or FMCG brands. • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms and template-driven production. • Experience with localisation and multi-market campaign adaptations. • Basic motion graphics or animation skills are an added advantage. Collaboration • Collaborate with Creative Team Leads, Project Managers, Copyeditors,



and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions. • Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and continuously seek opportunities to improve creative processes and workflows. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma. • Experience using AI-powered creative tools and prompt engineering for design workflows. • Strong visual design, typography, layout, and branding skills. • Knowledge of digital advertising, social media, CRM, and eCommerce creative formats. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities: •Creative Design • Conceptualise and create digital creatives, including key visuals, banners, CRM assets, social media content, and eCommerce creatives. • Develop layouts and visual concepts aligned with ELC brand guidelines and campaign objectives. • Adapt master creatives across multiple formats, channels, and markets while maintaining brand consistency. • Apply solid design principles including typography, colour, composition, and layout. AI-Assisted Creative Production • Use AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, Runway, or similar) to generate concepts, backgrounds, and creative variations. • Build effective prompts and integrate AI-generated assets into production-ready designs while ensuring brand quality and accuracy. • Explore new AI capabilities to improve creative efficiency and innovation. Creative Production & Quality • Produce production-ready artwork that meets technical specifications and platform requirements. • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. • Support localisation and adaptation of creatives for different markets and languages.
