The Tool maker is responsible for manufacturing, assembling repairing, maintaining , and modifying tools , dies , jigs, fixtures and gauges used in production to ensure smooth and accurate manufacturing operations

Key responsibilities:

1. Manufacture and assemble tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges as per drawings.

2. Repair, maintain, and modify existing tools and dies.

3. Operate conventional tool room machines such as lathe, milling, surface grinder, cylindrical grinder, and drilling machines.

4. Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

5. Perform precision measurements using venire callipers , micrometres, height gauges, and dial indicators,

6. Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of tools.

7. Troubleshoot tool-related production issues and minimize downtime.

8. Follow safety procedures and maintain S standards in the tool room

9. Maintain tool records and preventive maintenance schedule

Pay: ₹12,148.85 - ₹38,680.89 per month
