- Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain records, and update customer data.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payment status.
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely order execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word) and positive communication skills are required.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry will be preferred.
