We are inviting applications from enthusiastic and motivated Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering students or recent graduates who are looking to gain practical experience in the construction industry.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to the execution of hotel, commercial, residential, and high-rise building projects, working alongside experienced engineers and project managers.

Fresh graduates seeking industrial training or internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesCivil Engineering Intern

- Assist site engineers in daily construction activities.
- Learn site execution, quality control, and project supervision.
- Assist in quantity measurements, BOQ preparation, and billing documentation.
- Review architectural and structural drawings.
- Support project planning, progress monitoring, and reporting.
- Assist in material inspections and quality checks.
- Participate in site meetings and technical discussions.

Electrical Engineering Intern

- Assist in the supervision of electrical installation works.
- Learn MEP coordination, including electrical, fire alarm, ELV, HVAC, and plumbing interfaces.
- Support testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Assist in reviewing electrical drawings and technical documentation.
- Participate in inspections, quality checks, and safety compliance activities.
- Learn facility planning and building services coordination.

Eligibility

- Final-year students or recent graduates in:
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Good understanding of engineering fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
- Strong willingness to learn and work in a site workplace.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our project sites. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are eager to build their careers in the construction industry while working on residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in Thrissur District.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Monitor labour productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Check construction quality and report any deviations to the Project Engineer.
- Verify material deliveries and monitor proper usage of construction materials.
- Maintain daily site progress reports, labour attendance, and site records.
- Ensure safety procedures and housekeeping standards are followed at the site.
- Assist in site measurements, quantity verification, and work progress documentation.

Salary Depending on Skills & Experience

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
