- Assist in planning, setup of exhibition booths, displays, and installations
- Support coordination with designers and event staff
- Help manage inventory of garments, accessories, props, and exhibition materials
- Assist in visual merchandising, styling, and arrangement of exhibits for optimal presentation
- Support marketing and promotional activities (social media content, invitations, flyers, and digital outreach)
- Help with visitor engagement, guided tours, feedback collection, and on-ground guest management
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, checklists, and documentation related to the exhibition
- Assist in photography, content creation, and post-event reporting or documentation
- Support administrative tasks including correspondence, scheduling meetings, and basic logistics coordination
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards throughout the exhibition
- Contribute ideas for improving visitor experience and exhibition flow

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹1,000.00 per day
