Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Flexcube Consultant with strong expertise in Flexcube Incident Management and Flexcube Customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production incidents, troubleshooting application issues, implementing customizations, and supporting business-critical banking operations on the Oracle Flexcube platform.

Key Responsibilities

Incident Management

- Monitor, analyze, and resolve Flexcube production incidents within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and provide permanent fixes.
- Coordinate with business users, functional teams, and vendors for issue resolution.
- Manage incident lifecycle, problem management, and service requests.
- Ensure system stability, availability, and performance of Flexcube applications.

Flexcube Customization

- Design, develop, and implement Flexcube customizations as per business requirements.
- Customize screens, reports, interfaces, workflows, and product configurations.
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and database objects.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment support.
- Work closely with functional and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Support & Maintenance

- Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Flexcube.
- Support release deployments, patch implementations,



and upgrades.
- Prepare technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support runbooks.
- Participate in on-call support and critical issue management as required.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Flexcube Incident Management and Customization.
- Robust experience in Flexcube Core Banking modules.
- Good understanding of Oracle Database and PL/SQL.
- Experience in production support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Flexcube architecture, interfaces, and deployment processes.
- Experience with change management and release processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in banking and financial services domain.
- Exposure to Flexcube upgrades and migration projects.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux environment and shell scripting.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
