Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations of the showroom.
- Record and verify sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor customer outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
- Verify supplier invoices, purchase bills, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, supplier accounts, and ledger balances.
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure proper accounting of stock movements.
- Monitor inventory-related transactions and assist with periodic stock reconciliation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports as required by management.
- Ensure proper accounting of discounts, returns, cancellations, and credit sales.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS,



and other statutory compliance.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and statutory requirements.
- Support monthly closing and preparation of financial statements.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders when required.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
- Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
