Job Summary
To play a pivotal role in designing and implementing complex technical solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Core Responsibilities
• Solution Design: Leading the end-to-end architecture of Mendix applications, including domain models, complex microflows/nanoflows, and UI/UX standards using Atlas UI.
• System Integration: Designing and overseeing integrations with external enterprise systems like SAP, Salesforce, and CRM using REST, SOAP, OData, and the Mendix Data Hub.
• Governance & Standards: Establishing and enforcing development best practices, coding standards, and security frameworks across the development team.
• Technical Leadership: Mentoring Mendix developers, conducting design/code reviews, and acting as a thought leader on low-code adoption.
• DevOps & Deployment: Defining CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, and managing cloud deployment strategies (Mendix Cloud, On Prem and AWS).

Key Skills & Qualifications
• Mendix Certification: Either Mendix Expert Developer or Mendix Advanced Developer certification is mandatory.
• Technical Proficiency:
o Languages: Strong knowledge of Java (for custom actions),



JavaScript (for pluggable widgets), HTML5, React JS and CSS3.
o Architecture: Experience with microservices, cloud-native design, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
o Databases: Proficiency in relational databases like MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Experience Level: Requires 10+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5–7+ years specifically focused on Mendix development and architecture.
• Soft Skills: High-level stakeholder management, ability to translate complex business needs into technical specs, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
1. To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
2. To spearhead the architecture, design, and development (through a high-performing team) of cutting-edge solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
4. To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance/compliance measures.
5. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
