Job Summary
looking for a skilled Dynatrace Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-6 years of relevant experience in configuring Dynatrace environments
Migration from Dynatrace Managed to Dynatrace SaaS:
You will be responsible for helping Optum set up 2-3 new Dynatrace SaaS environments and consolidating/migrating hundreds of Dynatrace Managed environments to the Dynatrace SaaS with Grail. This includes the configuration of the Dynatrace environments, the migration of data, and the management of the new environments.
• Dynatrace Administration: You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Dynatrace environment.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
You will aid the team in monitoring the Dynatrace setting and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Skill Requirements
Technical Skills: You must have at least 5-6 years of experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Dynatrace OneAgents, ActiveGates and user rights/policy. You must also have experience in monitoring and troubleshooting the Dynatrace environments issues (OneAgents not connecting, setup problems, user issues, etc.). Experience with Dynatrace Network zone and Synthetics a plus.

Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with other members of the team and our user community.
