Job Summary
To apply advanced data science techniques, build scalable models, and generate actionable insights that drive business performance, optimize processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Quantitative Expertise: 7+ years of professional experience (PhD preferred) navigating complex, large-scale industrial datasets.
• Agentic AI & LLM Proficiency: Deep experience with orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI) and building autonomous "Plan-and-Execute" loops.
• Advanced Analytics Mastery: Robust command of Python, SQL, and PySpark. Proven ability to implement diverse algorithms: from time-series analysis and frequent itemset mining to statistical load distributions.
• Deployment Versatility: Hands-on experience with both Cloud-Native AI services (Databricks) and Open Source serving stacks (e.g., Ollama) within private VPCs.
• Data Security Mindset: A strong understanding of security regarding "data-out" vs. "data-in" models, with a focus on protecting sensitive industrial data.




• Big Data Provenance: Extensive experience in Big Data ecosystems, managing high-velocity streams and distributed computing.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement machine learning models, AI solutions, and predictive analytics for business applications.
2. Design, test, and refine algorithms for data processing, feature extraction, and pattern detection.
3. Perform exploratory data analysis, mining, and visualization to identify trends and business opportunities.
4. Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate data insights into strategic solutions.
5. Utilize deep learning, statistical modeling, and big data tools to enhance analytical capabilities.
6. Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices in model development and deployment.
7. Optimize and automate data workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
8. Stay updated with emerging data science technologies and best practices to drive innovation.
