Responsibilities
- Research prospects and generate leads
- Follow up on sales inquiries
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams
- Build and maintain the CRM database
- Make outbound calls, explaining products and services
- Close deals remotely via phone, email, and online channels
What we're looking for
- Experience in inside sales, lead generation, qualifying prospects, and customer engagement — preferably from the software industry
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Immediate joiners preferred
