About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our Modular Furniture division. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in furniture or interior sales and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome showroom walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable modular furniture solutions based on customer needs, space, and budget.
- Provide expert guidance on furniture design, materials, finishes, and functionality.
- Prepare quotations, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain customer records and regularly follow up on enquiries and leads.
- Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams for timely project execution.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated with the latest furniture trends,
materials, and market developments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in furniture, modular furniture, home décor, kitchen & wardrobe solutions, or interior design sales.
- Experience in showroom sales or premium retail furniture sales will be preferred.
