Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and user-centric UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding user needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing responsive interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless web and mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and translate insights into design solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop responsive and accessible designs that deliver a consistent user experience across devices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement design solutions.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems, UI components, and style guides.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and business requirements.
- Ensure design consistency while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, design tools,



and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1.5–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX projects.
- Proficiency in Figma (mandatory); experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design systems.
- Basic understanding of responsive design and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) is preferred.
- Familiarity with usability testing and user research methodologies.
- Excellent visual design, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
