SLBS Marklance is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Officer – Field Operations to strengthen our student placement network. The primary responsibility is to visit companies, identify part-time job opportunities, build employer relationships, and coordinate interviews for students studying at our institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit companies and businesses to identify and secure part time job openings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals and employers.
- Collect job requirements and update the placement database regularly.
- Coordinate interviews between employers and students.
- Match suitable candidates with available job opportunities.
- Follow up with employers regarding interview schedules and hiring status.
- Assist students with interview preparation and placement guidance.
- Represent SLBS Marklance professionally during company visits.
Requirements
- Master's degree in any discipline.
- 0.6 to 1 years of experience in placement, business development, marketing, HR,
or field sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel locally for company visits.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
