Job Overview:

ColoredCow is looking for a passionate Marketing Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating content and graphics, as well as utilizing those assets to gather better outreach with our target audience. The marketing content is expected to resonate with ColoredCow’s values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Aid the discovery of ColoredCow as a brand and create consumable content to tell the brand story to the world
- Design graphics and visuals for augmenting marketing content
- Utilize digital marketing strategies to improve our online presence and reach a wider audience.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of outreach activities and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, content writers and project managers, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and design

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
- Marketing experience of 0- 2 years




- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools
- A simple sense of creating marketing strategies augmented with a problem-solving approach
- Believer in making things happen
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems
- Ability to work independently and have accountability for the commitment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
