We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Full time Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs and work collaboratively with teachers and parents to ensure every learner reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and support students with diverse learning needs.
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to provide inclusive learning strategies.
- Conduct assessments, maintain student progress records and prepare reports.
- Work closely with parents, counsellors and school leadership.
- Provide intervention sessions and monitor student development.
- Promote an inclusive learning environment aligned with IB philosophy.

Eligibility





- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education or related field.
- RCI certification (preferred).
- Prior experience in an IB, Cambridge, IGCSE or international school is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for inclusive education and student wellbeing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
