Job Summary
This role is accountable for overseeing the operational management and continuous improvement of Identity and Access Management (IAM) services, with an expert focus on CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The position drives service excellence, ensures adherence to client SLAs, and empowers support teams through advanced problem-solving, technical leadership, and process innovation. They play a key part in aligning operational objectives with organizational goals and fostering a culture of high performance within the IAM support function.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead CyberArk PAM (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM) operations by architecting, implementing, and optimizing privileged access controls to ensure robust security and regulatory compliance.
2. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Identity Management tools to enhance operational processes, automate workflows, and streamline access provisioning and deprovisioning.
3. Direct incident and problem management activities in the CyberArk environment, providing expert-level troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and rapid resolution of complex access management issues.
4. Mentor and guide the IAM support team in best practices for CyberArk PAM administration, fostering technical growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable IAM strategies, leveraging CyberArk solutions for secure and efficient access management.
6.
Oversee client communications regarding CyberArk PAM operations, ensuring transparent reporting, alignment with SLAs, and proactive risk management.
7. Champion innovation by evaluating and integrating emerging IAM technologies and features within the CyberArk suite to advance organizational security objectives.
Skill Requirements
1. Excellent Knowledge Of Identity Management Principles, Protocols, And Best Practices.
2. Advanced Proficiency In Operational Leadership Within Iam Environments, Including Incident And Problem Management.
3. Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance Frameworks (E.G., Sox, Gdpr) As They Relate To Privileged Access Management.
4. Excellent Skills In Process Automation And Workflow Optimization Using Iam Tools.
5. Solid Ability To Mentor Teams And Drive Continuous Improvement In Technical Operations.
6. Expertise In Client Communication And Stakeholder Management Within Complex Project Environments.
Other Requirements
1. CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CCDE) or CyberArk Guardian certification (optional but valuable).
2. Certified Information Systems Security Qualified (CISSP) (optional but valuable).
Role Overview
The Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring Agile principles and Scrum practices are effectively followed within the team. This role focuses on enabling collaboration, removing impediments, fostering continuous improvement, and supporting high‑performing, self‑organized teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies
Lead Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews,
and Retrospectives.
Ensure each ceremony is productive, time‑boxed, and aligned with Scrum principles.
2. Coach and Mentor
Coach the team on Agile values, Scrum methodologies, and best practices.
Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization.
Guide team members to self-organize and take accountability.
3. Remove Impediments
Actively identify and remove blockers affecting team productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to enable smooth delivery.
4. Support Product Delivery
Ensure transparency in sprint progress through burndown charts, dashboards, and updates.
Protect the team from external disruptions and scope creep.
Track velocity and help forecast sprint planning accuracy.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
Facilitate communication between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders.
Ensure expectations are managed and deliverables align with business goals.
6. Continuous Improvement
Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Encourage experimentation, inspect-and-adapt cycles, and process optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile projects.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership qualities.
Ability to influence teams without formal authority.
Proficiency with Agile tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent certification.
Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.
Basic understanding of product lifecycle management, DevOps, and Lean practices.
