Job Summary
The PMO Associate in PMO Operations plays a vital role in supporting and managing the Project Management Office (PMO). The primary responsibilities include assisting in project planning, monitoring project performance, and ensuring the timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans.
2. Track project progress and report on key performance indicators.
3. Support project managers in resource allocation and schedule management.
4. Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather project updates and ensure alignment.

Assist in the preparation of project status reports and presentations.
6. Participate in project meetings and document meeting minutes.
7. Help identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
8. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
