Role: Senior Associate – Accounting and Finance

Responsibilities

â–ª Manage end-to-end accounting activities for assigned client engagements.

â–ª Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

â–ª Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities.

â–ª Prepare MIS reports, financial analyses, management reports, and business insights for clients.

â–ª Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning activities.

â–ª Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal financial controls.

â–ª Coordinate and support statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and other financial reviews.

â–ª Assist in direct and indirect tax compliance, including preparation and review of tax- related schedules and documentation.

â–ª Reconcile balance sheet accounts, monitor receivables and payables, and resolve accounting discrepancies.

â–ª Liaise with clients, auditors, tax consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure timely closure of finance and compliance matters.

â–ª Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting efficiency, and financial controls.

Requirements

â–ª Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

â–ª Relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in consulting, outsourcing, professional services, or multi-client environments.

â–ª Understanding of financial accounting, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and audit processes.





â–ª Experience in preparation and finalization of financial statements.

â–ª Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems such as Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

â–ª Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work within defined timelines.

â–ª Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
