Vivek Polymer India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Manager – Marketing & Sales to drive business growth and expand our customer base in the rigid plastic packaging industry. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers in the pharmaceutical and packaging industry.
- Generate new business leads and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Meet OEMs, MNCs, and key decision-makers to expand business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and CRM updates.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in Rigid Plastic Packaging, Plastic Moulding, Injection Moulding, or Pharmaceutical Packaging is preferred.
- Solid B2B sales, lead generation, and customer acquisition experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging products and industry standards.
- Experience handling OEM and MNC clients.
- Strong market analysis and business development skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
