We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Printing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining advanced 3D printers, such as Saturn Ultra Pro or sonic or Elegoo FDM, and designing compatible files using 3D design software. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality 3D-printed products.Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain 3D printers, including Saturn Ultra Pro and Elegoo FDM models, ensuring optimal performance and output quality.
- Prepare, calibrate, and troubleshoot 3D printers for various production tasks.
- Design and modify 3D models using software such as Blender, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
- Convert 3D models into compatible file formats (e.g., STL, OBJ) suitable for 3D printing.
- Perform slicing operations using appropriate slicing software, ensuring efficient use of material and print time.
- Conduct post-processing tasks, including cleaning, curing, or finishing printed objects, as required.
- Maintain a log of daily operations, including printer usage, maintenance schedules, and material consumption.




- Collaborate with the design and production teams to understand project requirements and deliver precision-engineered outputs.
- Research and recommend advancements in 3D printing technologies, tools, and techniques to improve production efficiency.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in operating and maintaining 3D printers, particularly Saturn Ultra pro, Sonic, Elegoo FDM .
- Proficiency in 3D design software such as Blender, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
- Strong understating of 3D printing processes, materials, and post-processing techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with 3D printers effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
