Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive (Fresher) to support the day-to-day operations of our online store. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketplaces, product management, and online customer experience. This role is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to learn and grow in the e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Upload product details including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory information.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate with internal teams for stock updates.
- Assist in order processing, tracking, and ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Handle basic marketplace operations such as catalog management, promotions, and offers.
- Analyze sales reports and prepare basic performance updates.
- Support website content updates and merchandising activities.
- Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and customer support teams.
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback to improve online shopping experience.
- Assist in executing online sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends and competitor activities.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, WooCommerce, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales concepts.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

- Experience with product catalog management.
- Knowledge of SEO-friendly product descriptions.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or marketplace dashboards.
- Interest in fashion, lifestyle, retail, or consumer products.
