Job Summary

Warade PackTech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Executive – Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation compliance, financial reporting, and finance-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and ERP systems, along with the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting entries, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain books of accounts and support monthly financial closing activities.
- Prepare bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and assist in financial reporting.
- Verify invoices, expenses, and payment-related documentation.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.




- Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper financial documentation.
- Support budgeting and other finance-related activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and ERP software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates with experience in manufacturing/engineering industries will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Candidates residing near Wasuli, Pune will be preferred.
