Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in performance marketing, audience targeting, conversion tracking, campaign scaling, and ROI optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop full-funnel marketing strategies for Lead Generation, Sales, Traffic, App Promotion, and Brand Awareness.
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target CPA and ROAS.
- Create and test multiple ad creatives, copy, audiences, and placements.
- Build and manage Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Retargeting campaigns.
- Install and manage Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and Event Tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Monitor campaign budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.
- Work closely with graphic designers and content teams to create high-converting creatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, platform updates, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and campaign performance.





Required Skills

- Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI).
- Experience with Facebook Lead Ads, Website Conversion Campaigns, Catalog Ads, and Dynamic Ads.
- Knowledge of Audience Research, Customer Journey, and Funnel Marketing.
- Experience with A/B Testing and Campaign Scaling.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and Excel.
- Understanding of UTM tracking and attribution models.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns with large advertising budgets.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Media Buying Professional (preferred).
- Experience managing monthly Meta ad budgets of ₹5 Lakhs+.
- Experience in E-commerce, Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Travel, or Lead Generation campaigns.
