Job Purpose
Demonstrate digital banking capabilities to walk-in customers, addressing their queries and requirements. Enhance customer relationships by increasing wallet share, cross-selling products, and acquiring family accounts to drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Key Decision Making & Objectives Engagement
Ensure monthly SBL targets and break-even are met.
Showcase digital products and migrate customers digitally.
Drive portfolio growth and generate references for SBL setup.
Sales/Revenue Generation
Cross-sell liability, asset, TPP, and card products.
Acquire family accounts of walk-in customers.
Promote STP and OTC products using a service-to-sale approach.
Spearhead promotional activities to generate leads.
HNW Portfolio Management
Acquire current customers meeting product criteria.
Enhance portfolio value and maintain hygiene parameters.
Cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Conduct joint calls with supervisors and offer advisory services.
Control customer attrition and achieve revenue targets.
Promotional Activities & Process Management
Conduct monthly promotional activities to generate leads.
Ensure error-free documentation and adherence to KYC/AML norms.
Maintain SBL upkeep and update notices.
Report business outcomes and service issues to supervisors.
Increase in Wallet Share
Cross-sell products to ensure HDFC Bank is a one-stop shop.
Drive sales to family members and associates.
Achieve optimal levels of Income Generating Product Group Holding (IPGH).
Customer Service
Deliver quality service and resolve queries within TAT.
Inform customers of regulatory or process changes.
Promote direct banking channels and digital product usage.
Ensure smooth portfolio handover during transitions.
Education:
Graduation required; Post-graduation preferred.
Certifications:
AMFI Certification, IRDA Certification, NCFM Certification (optional).
Key Competencies
Sales and influencing skills, banking product knowledge, planning and organizing skills, communication skills, knowledge of competition and financial trends.
