We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Accounts Executive to support our finance and accounting team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records.
- Record purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and documentation.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime or other accounting software is an added advantage.
