We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to manage and maintain our product catalog on g3collection.com. You'll work directly in our Admin dashboard to keep listings accurate, well-organized, and optimized for search.

Responsibilities

- Add and update product listings (titles, descriptions, variants, pricing, stock levels)
- Upload, crop, and organize product images to meet catalog standards
- Write and maintain SEO fields — meta titles, meta descriptions, alt text, and URL slugs — for products and category pages
- Audit existing catalog entries for accuracy, consistency, and completeness; fix data quality issues
- Follow naming conventions and formatting standards across categories
- Coordinate with the graphics/design and SEO team on image and content requirements




- Flag missing or inconsistent product data to the team

Requirements

- Prior experience with data entry, e-commerce catalog management, or similar admin-panel work
- Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and web-based admin tools
- Solid attention to detail and consistency
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices (meta tags, alt text) — a plus, not mandatory.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or a custom e-commerce admin panel
- Basic image editing skills (cropping, resizing, background cleanup)
