About the Role

Studio 5 Design is looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and target-oriented Direct Resource – Sales & Marketing professional who will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and strengthening the company's market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building long-term business relationships, promoting Studio 5 Design's services, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

- Generate new business leads through direct sales, networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and field visits.
- Identify and approach prospective clients, including corporate offices, retail brands, hospitality businesses, developers, builders, architects, and individual clients.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients and present the company's interior design and turnkey solutions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team to prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and project estimates.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing business deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Marketing & Brand Development

- Promote Studio 5 Design's services through online and offline marketing activities.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Coordinate digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and promotional activities.
- Attend exhibitions,



networking events, seminars, and industry conferences to generate business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify current growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create brochures, presentations, promotional materials, and client communication.

Client Relationship Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on enquiries, proposals, and ongoing discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM or internal databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and high client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Reporting & Performance

- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, lead status reports, and business development updates.
- Analyse sales performance and recommend strategies to improve conversions and revenue.
- Meet assigned KPIs related to lead generation, client meetings, conversions, and revenue growth.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of the Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, or Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
