Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into customers, and providing complete information about our food processing machinery products.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls from potential customers
- Explain company products (Pouch Packing Machine, Dehydrator, etc.)
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
- Maintain proper data in CRM system
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass or Graduate
- Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
- Experience in telecalling / telesales preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
