About the Role

Aspira Tech Solutions LLP is looking for a dynamic, target-oriented Marketing & Business Development Team Lead to drive business growth and lead our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and sales closing skills with the ability to motivate a team and consistently achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the Sales & Marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Meet prospective clients, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate, and close sales.
- Develop and execute effective business development and marketing strategies.
- Monitor daily team performance, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the management team to achieve company revenue goals.
- Train team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing,



or Business Development.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and lead a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in IT, Software, ERP, CRM, SaaS, or Education Software sales will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
- Individual Sales Commission – Attractive incentives on every successful sales closure.
