Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Middle School Coordinator (CBSE) to lead the academic and administrative functions . The candidate will mentor teachers, ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum, monitor student progress, and teach subject classes as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

· Implement and monitor the CBSE curriculum .

· Mentor and evaluate teachers to improve instructional practices.

· Plan assessments, examinations, result analysis, and improvement strategies.

· Manage student discipline and coordinate with parents through PTMs.

· Prepare academic calendars, timetables, examination schedules, and school events.

· Teach subject classes and maintain high standards of classroom instruction.

· Lead, mentor, or coordinate Model United Nations (MUN) activities, guiding students in research, public speaking, diplomacy, and conference participation.

Qualifications

· Master’s Degree in a relevant subject (Mandatory)





· B.Ed. (Mandatory)

· M.Ed. preferred

Experience

· 5–8 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school.

· 2–3 years of experience in a leadership role such as Coordinator, Academic Supervisor, or HOD.

· Experience handling Grades VI to VIII preferred.

· Prior experience in organizing, mentoring, or coordinating Model United Nations (MUN) programs .

Required Skills

· Solid knowledge of CBSE curriculum, assessment practices, and academic planning.

· Leadership, teacher mentoring, classroom observation, and student discipline management.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and School ERP systems.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
