Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with prior experience in a Web Development organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while promoting Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, and Custom Software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, B2B portals, and other channels.
- Identify and approach potential clients across various industries.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure project feasibility and successful execution.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.





Required Skills:

- Experience in Business Development or IT Sales within a Web Development company.
- Strong understanding of Website Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, and related IT services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and client management abilities.
- Experience with lead generation tools and sales outreach techniques.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 1–3 years of experience in IT Services Sales or Business Development.
- Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Experience working with domestic and/or international clients.
- Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
