Responsibilities
Assist in developing and planning Credit Card Usage activities to recruit merchants to provide offers for Cardholders; Implement various merchant partnership programs to grow the spending volume of credit card business and drive customers’ activeness with Credit Card; Assist in preparation of marketing proposal, agency briefs and conduct program evaluations. Coordinate and organize with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the marketing programs and new initiatives run smoothly and effectively.



Oversee operational process to ensure that all marketing programs comply with corporate guidelines and service quality standards Conduct regular review on market trends and studies competitor activities to identify opportunities and to generate new ideas to improve the business profitability, performance and increase market competitiveness Ensure that all campaigns comply with corporate guidelines, service quality standards and card scheme requirements Manage marketing budget on cost saving and efficiency, and ensure sourcing policies are aligned bank needs Assist in facebook page management and provide regular reports.

Requirements:
University graduate with at least 3-5 years or above solid marketing experience in partnership or e-commerce fields Possess strong business and marketing sense with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Digital mindset, great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure excellent customer experience Work independently and able to handle multiple projects under compressed timeline Creative, highly organized, valuable team player and with strong initiatives Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager.
