Job Summary
The Lead Consultant (SAP S/4HANA Materials Management) will be responsible for managing and implementing SAP S/4HANA Materials Management solutions, ensuring streamlined processes and productive inventory management. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, designing solutions, and providing ongoing support to optimize Materials Management functionalities.

Strong hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) configuration and support.
Configure and support core MM areas including:
• Purchasing
• Inventory Management
• Valuation & Account Determination
• Vendor Master & Material Master
Work on end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) business processes.
Experience in S/4HANA simplifications, including Business Partner concept and MATDOC.
Collaborate with FI, SD, WM/EWM, and Ariba teams for cross‑functional integration.
Support SAP S/4HANA migration or conversion projects, including data migration and testing.
Participate in requirement gathering, fit‑gap analysis, solution design, and documentation.
Execute and support SIT, UAT,



cutover, and post‑go‑live support.
Resolve incidents, changes, and enhancements as per SLA.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit, and business policies.
Provide knowledge transfer and support end users.

Key Responsibilities
1. Implement and customize sap s/4hana materials management modules according to client requirements.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate materials management with other sap modules.
3. Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation of materials management processes.
4. Provide user training and support to ensure effective utilization of sap s/4hana materials management.
5. Stay updated on industry best practices and new sap functionalities to enhance materials management solutions.

Skill Requirements
1. Strong expertise in sap s/4hana materials management module.
2. Proficiency in configuring and implementing material master, purchasing, inventory management, and invoice verification.
3. Knowledge of sap fiori apps for materials management and familiarity with integration with other sap modules.
4. Experience in system testing, data migration, and performance optimization within sap s/4hana.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
6. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Other Requirements
1. SAP Certified Application Associate SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement or similar certifications preferred.
