Job Summary

The individual is accountable for leading support teams, implementing process improvements, and utilizing PowerShell, PowerBI, and Python to deliver measurable business outcomes that align with client expectations and organizational goals.

Job Description – Jr. Consultant (Power Platform)
Role Overview
The Jr. Consultant (Power Platform) will support development, enhancement, and troubleshooting of business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. This entry‑level consultant role is ideal for individuals growing in the low‑code / no‑code ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in building canvas apps, automation flows, and simple Power BI dashboards.
• Work with business teams to capture requirements, document workflows, and support UAT.
• Troubleshoot flow failures, permission issues, and connector problems.
• Support data modeling efforts using SharePoint, Dataverse, and other connectors.
• Maintain documentation related to apps, flows, and dashboards.
• Assist with citizen‑developer enablement and best‑practice adoption.

Required Skills
• Basic understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with connectors such as SharePoint, SQL, and Dataverse.
• Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead operational excellence initiatives by designing and implementing advanced automation solutions using PowerShell and Python to streamline cloud messaging and collaboration workflows.
2. Optimize reporting and analytics processes by developing and maintaining PowerBI dashboards, enabling real-time performance monitoring and actionable business insights.
3.



Provide expert guidance in troubleshooting and resolving complex cloud service incidents, utilizing PowerShell and Python for in-depth diagnostics and rapid resolution.
4. Empower and mentor the support team by sharing best practices in PowerShell scripting, PowerBI data modeling, and Python automation, ensuring knowledge transfer and technical upskilling.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate and integrate new technologies and process improvements within cloud collaboration environments, with a focus on increasing reliability and efficiency.
6. Ensure operational compliance with client SLAs by overseeing the support team’s execution of cloud messaging and collaboration tasks, and proactively identifying opportunities for service enhancement.
7. Drive innovation by researching and implementing emerging tools and methodologies in PowerShell, PowerBI, and Python to improve business processes and reporting capabilities.
