Primary: • Provide remote desktop support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with Chat Support
Secondary: • Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
• Provide remote desktop support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and updates.
• Monitor and maintain client systems to ensure optimal performance.




• Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical problems.
• Document and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Skill Requirements
Skill Requirement :
• Proven experience in remote desktop support or a similar role.
• Robust knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools and software.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Other Requirements
Other Requirement :
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or similar.
• Experience with RCC (Remote Control Center) support.
• Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting.
