We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Engineer with 1–5 years of experience to join our precast team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and analyzing precast structural elements, preparing structural drawings, and ensuring compliance with applicable IS/BIS standards. The role requires close coordination with production, quality, and project teams to deliver secure, efficient, and cost-effective precast solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and analyze precast concrete structural elements.
- Prepare structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, and shop drawings.
- Verify structural designs in accordance with IS/BIS codes and project specifications.
- Coordinate with production and project teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Review and resolve technical issues related to structural drawings and fabrication.
- Optimize structural designs for safety, quality,
manufacturability, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure timely delivery of design documents while maintaining accuracy.
- Provide technical support during production and project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in structural engineering.
- Experience in precast concrete is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of IS/BIS standards and structural design practices.
- ERP knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
