We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Head Barista who can lead our coffee program and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
* 2–4+ years of experience as a Barista (Head Barista experience preferred).
* Solid knowledge of specialty coffee and espresso preparation.
* Fluent in spoken English (mandatory).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Leadership and team management experience.
* Comfortable using POS and inventory management software.
Required Skills
* Espresso extraction, dialing in, and grinder calibration.
* Advanced milk steaming and latte art.
* Manual brewing methods (V60, AeroPress, French Press, Chemex, Pour Over, etc.).
* Recipe development and beverage innovation.
* Coffee bean knowledge, roasting basics, and brewing science.
* Daily machine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
* Inventory management, stock control, and ordering.
* Cost control and wastage management.
* Staff training and maintaining SOPs.
* Ability to work efficiently during high-volume rush hours.
