The role demands strongexpertise in warehousing, regulatory compliance, multi-location management, andoperational excellence, along with exposure to customer handling and business development.Key Responsibilities:Regional Warehouse Operations ManagementOversee multiple warehouses / large distribution centers across North India IndiaEnsure smooth daily operations including inbound, storage, inventory management, and outbound dispatchImplement best-in-class warehouse practices for efficiency, safety, and accuracyDrive space optimization and layout planning for large warehousesInventory & Cost ControlMaintain high inventory accuracy (near 100%) through cycle counts and auditsControl inventory shrinkage, damages, and expiriesOptimize warehouse costs (manpower, space, transportation coordination)Drive initiatives for cost reduction and productivity improvementTeam Leadership & Workforce ManagementLead and manage large teams (warehouse staff, supervisors, managers)Plan manpower requirements, shifts,
