providing feedback and suggestions to enhance our overall customer experience.Essential Qualifications:Fluent, near-native level spoken English to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service.Availability to work US business hours to ensure that our customers receive timely support and assistance.Strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.Experience in customer service or a related field to provide a solid foundation for success in this role.Proficiency with common computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly to adapt to our systems and tools.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a relevant field, although not required, is preferred.1-2 years of customer service experience to demonstrate a track record of providing exceptional service.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask to manage multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.Knowledge of pool maintenance is a plus, although not required,
