You will be responsible for ensuring interviews are executed smoothly, efficiently, and lead to successful hiring outcomes.This is a high-ownership, delivery-focused role where you will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure consistent quality, speed, and reliability in hiring processes.Candidates with experience in staffing, recruitment, IT Service or Consulting industry are preferred.Responsibilities: What you'll do:Own end-to-end interview delivery service for client accountsUnderstand client hiring requirements (roles, skills, timelines, urgency)Plan and manage interview flow to ensure timely executionCoordinate with internal teams and interviewers for smooth scheduling and completionEnsure interviews are conducted on time with high quality and proper feedbackAct as the primary point of contact for clients during active deliveryShare regular updates, manage expectations,



and ensure smooth communicationTroubleshoot real-time issues (no-shows, reschedules, delays)Track key delivery metrics like:Turnaround Time (TAT)Interview completion ratesQuality of feedbackIdentify gaps in delivery (delays, low conversion, quality issues) and fix them proactivelyEnsure interview processes contribute effectively to client hiring outcomesManage invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups for assigned accountsMaintain overall account health through consistent delivery and communicationWhat we are looking for:3+ years of experience in account management / client servicing / B2B rolesStrong communication + stakeholder management skillsHigh ownership mindsetAbility to handle multiple tasks without losing your mindComfortable working in a high-speed, slightly chaotic startup environmentDetail-oriented but also able to see the bigger pictureComfortable handling billing, invoicing, and payment follow-upsWillingness to do client visits and on-ground coordination when requiredStrong ownership mindset - ability to manage things end-to-endExperience working with targets, timelines, or SLAsComfortable handling multiple moving parts in a quick-paced environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProblem-solving mindset - ability to handle real-time challengesExperience in billing, invoicing, or account coordination is a plus
