We're looking for an experienced Purchase Manager who can lead procurement across ingredients, packaging, bakery machinery, and operational supplies while driving cost efficiencies and ensuring uninterrupted production.Role OverviewThis role is responsible for end-to-end procurement, vendor management, commercial negotiations, and ensuring timely availability of materials and equipment required for our manufacturing operations.What you'll ownManage end-to-end procurement of bakery ingredients, packaging materials, consumables, and operational suppliesSource and procure bakery machinery, equipment, and spare partsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliersIdentify new vendors and negotiate the best commercial termsDrive cost optimization without compromising on quality or timelinesEnsure timely procurement to support production schedulesCoordinate with Production, QA, and Finance teams for smooth operationsEvaluate vendor performance based on quality, pricing, and service levelsMaintain purchase records, contracts,
