Qualification & SkillsBachelor's degree in any discipline.2–5 years of experience in admissions,



counselling, sales, customer success, or relationship management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). Strong counselling, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.Self-driven, organised, and target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.Passion for education, grassroots development, or sports is preferred.Positive to haveExperience in schools, universities, edtech, boarding schools, or residential education.Experience counselling parents and students on education or career-related decisions.
