Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of
professional experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate is passionate about
user-centered design, has a robust visual sense, and can translate business and user
requirements into intuitive, engaging digital experiences. You will work closely with product
managers, developers, and senior designers to design and improve web and mobile products.

Responsibilities
● Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user
and business requirements.
● Design user-friendly interfaces, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web and
mobile applications.
● Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and engaging experiences.
● Conduct basic user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design
iterations.
● Assist in maintaining and following design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
● Ensure consistency in visual design, interaction patterns,



and branding across products.
● Support senior designers and design leads in executing design strategies and concepts.
● Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
● Clearly present design concepts and rationale to internal teams.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
● Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
● Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
● Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping techniques.
● Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
● Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
● Good communication and collaboration skills.
● Willingness to learn and adapt
