Principal Dev Ops Engineer

Own the pipeline that payroll runs on.

When deployment goes badly here, businesses cannot pay their employees. That constraint makes this Dev Ops work consequential rather than routine.

PrismHR is the HR, payroll, and benefits platform used by employer-services organizations across the US, backed by Vensure Employer Solutions.

You will own build and deployment across multiple cloud products — designing and hardening CI/CD pipelines, provisioning infrastructure as code, containerizing services, managing cloud identity, and deploying into production. You will sit in architecture conversations rather than receiving finished designs to deploy. There is real appetite here for someone who kills toil aggressively and instruments everything.

You will need:

- 12+ years of Dev Ops experience, ideally in PEO, HCM, or IT/ITES
- Deep AWS (EC2, VPC, S3, ELB, RDS, Route 53, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail) — robust Azure also welcome




- Terraform or Cloud Formation; Chef, Puppet, or equivalent
- Docker, Kubernetes, ECS in production
- Jenkins and Git Hub pipeline ownership
- Strong scripting and automation
- BE/BTech or MCA, 60%+ academic record

Nice to have: security and compliance automation, cost optimization, observability tooling, payroll or HCM exposure.

The schedule: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday, first four hours from the Noida office and the rest from home. Deployment windows and incident response happen in your hours — you drive them rather than inherit them.
