Sail Point Developer | 5 8 Years Experience

We are seeking a technically strong Sail Point Developer to design, develop, and support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Sail Point IdentityIQ and/or Identity Now, identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, workflows, provisioning, and access certification.

Responsibilities

- Develop and support Sail Point IdentityIQ / Identity Now solutions

- Build workflows, rules, certifications, provisioning processes, and identity lifecycle automations

- Configure and troubleshoot application onboarding and integrations with AD, LDAP, HR systems, and SaaS applications

- Support access requests, recertification, role-based access, and policy enforcement

- Resolve provisioning, aggregation, workflow,



and reconciliation issues

- Collaborate with IAM architects, security teams, and application owners

- Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, and support materials

Required Skills

- 5 8 years of Sail Point development experience

- Strong experience with Sail Point IdentityIQ and/or Identity Now

- Experience with workflows, rules, connectors, certifications, and provisioning

- Working knowledge of Beanshell, XML, Java, REST APIs, JSON, and SQL

- Experience integrating Sail Point with AD, LDAP, databases, and SaaS applications

- Positive understanding of IAM concepts, identity lifecycle, and access governance
