Job Summary :

Mandatory skills: Good command on Robo Help tool

- Designing learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
- Creating computer-based training (CBT) modules and storyboards.
- Writing scripts for video and audio content.
- Developing instructor's manuals, rubrics, and other teaching tools.
- Doing Cross functional Coordination
- Collaborating with subject experts to develop course content.
- Working with subject matter experts to identify the target audience's training needs.
- Having Knowledge of Content Authoring, Instructional Design, Learning Medium, Estimation Techniques
- Setting instructional end goals and create content that matches them.
- Keeping current on best practices in instructional design.
- Having Knowledge of Standard Quality Practices




- Having Knowledge of Best Practices, Current trends in Learning Design, Knowledge Management
- Having Knowledge of Rapid eLearning/ Content Authoring tools, Graphics/ Audio editing and screen capture tools
- Having Hands on Experience with Client and stakeholder management
- Sharing Weekly/Monthly status tracker, Highlighting risk to client
- Handling Effort estimation and solutioning of RFPs
- Dealing with effort estimation of Change Management
- Team Management
- Working experience on Application Projects and hands on experience is handling deployment and different environments
- Having positive communication skills
