Multi Value and Uni Data expertise is genuinely scarce. At PrismHR it sits at the core of the payroll engine, not in a maintenance backwater. If you have these skills you already know how few places can offer work at this scale.

PrismHR is the HR, payroll, and benefits platform used by employer-services organizations across the US, backed by Vensure Employer Solutions.

You will write and debug Uni Data BASIC across SaaS, mobile, and on-premise environments, troubleshoot across every application tier, and support QA on quality and performance. You will use AI-assisted tools like Git Hub Copilot and Claude Code to move faster and build understanding of a large codebase. You will work in Agile teams and can lead R&D; initiatives. There is real opportunity at the boundary between the Multi Value core and the modern stack, which is where the most interesting modernization work sits.

You will need:

- Hands-on Uni Data or another Multi Value platform, and Multi Value BASIC
- Practical experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Git Hub Copilot or Claude Code




- Strong problem-solving and cross-tier troubleshooting
- Good interpersonal skills — you will work with Support, Product, QA, and sometimes customers
- Agile, unit testing, TDD

Helpful, not required: SB+ or 4GL, Java, Scala, Java Script, REST services, HR, payroll, or accounting background.

Do not have Uni Data specifically? If you have deep Multi Value experience in another dialect — Uni Verse, D3, jBASE, Pick — or robust engineering skills and appetite for a rare specialization, apply anyway. We would rather hire the right engineer and teach the dialect.

The schedule: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday, first four hours from the Noida office and the rest from home. The deepest knowledge of this codebase sits with our US team, and overlap is how you learn it in conversation rather than from documentation.
