Job Description

Will be responsible for the pre and post contract QS works. Should have know how of the following: Quantity survey, Rate Analysis, BOQ Preparation, Value Engineering, Market Knowledge on pricing, verification of contractor interim Bills and Final Bills, cost reporting. Will be SPOC for the project and would be Leading the project from front and other cost team member. Presenting the project cost related information as per Client requirement.

- Will be the SPOC for the project.
- Should possess in depth knowledge of pre contract & post contract cost management works and other associated works.
- Estimating, rate analysis & cost planning and producing final cost plan to client.
- Should have working knowledge of Cost X , MS Excel and other related software.
- Dealing effectively with quantification, preparation of budget, cost to complete, procurement & tendering process for Civil packages.
- Should be able to perform Cost audit work as necessary.
- Should have knowledge of change management process & can prepare cost reports.
- Prepare and Review of Certificates of payment for client ,contractors etc. in line with contract T&C.;

Qualifications

- Education – B.E/B. Tech (Civil)
- Should have relevant experience of working preferably for a construction consultancy in India/abroad, hold a diploma/ graduate degree preferably in Cost Management and possesses good technical skills.
- A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project conception stage,



through all of the operational stages to completion and post-project review.
- 8 to 12 years’ work experience with demonstrated growth opportunities graph.
