Responsibilities

- Coordinating and managing daily operations work
- Coordinating with collection agencies and vendors
- Responsible for all agreement execution process
- Maintaining reports of all escalations
- Handling of all documentations and SOPs related to operations processes

Skills & Qualification required:

- Graduate or Post graduate with 4-6 YEAR of experience in operations
- Valuable in MS-Excel
- Worked on escalation management and vendor management
- Experience in Fintech/ E-commerce will be added advantage
